No entry fee is collected for The Domination League at this time.

Tanking is strictly prohibited. A manager is considered to be tanking if they intentionally field an inferior lineup (e.g., benching healthy, high-projected starters) for the purpose of losing, whether to secure a higher draft pick, benefit another manager, or for any other strategic reason unrelated to that week's matchup.

A first offense results in a formal warning and mandatory lineup correction if discovered before kickoff. A second offense may result in removal from the league and forfeiture of entry fees at the Commissioner's discretion. Managers have the right to appeal any tanking ruling to the full membership.

All trades must reflect fair value exchange as understood by independent managers. A trade is considered not made in good faith if:

• Side arrangements exist outside the platform (e.g., cash payments, reciprocal favors, or any non-fantasy consideration exchanged for players).
• The deal is collusive, meaning two or more managers coordinate to manipulate standings, playoff seeding, or another manager's record.
• The value is grossly lopsided with no reasonable interpretation of future upside, positional need, or roster depth.

Any manager may file a trade protest directly with the Commissioner within the 48-hour review window. A protest must state a specific reason, as general dissatisfaction with a trade's outcome is not grounds for veto. Confirmed bad-faith trades (at the discretion of the Commissioner) will be reversed and may result in suspension or removal.

Loan trades: trades in which both parties agree in advance to return the players after a set period — are prohibited. All trades must be permanent transfers of player ownership with no pre-arranged reversal. If a subsequent trade happens to reverse an earlier one, the Commissioner will review whether the trades were planned in tandem. Confirmed loan trades will be voided and the involved managers punished.

The Commissioner is responsible for managing the league platform, enforcing this constitution, resolving disputes, and communicating with the membership. All rulings are made in the best interest of the league, not in the Commissioner's personal interest.

The Commissioner serves indefinitely until they resign or are removed by a unanimous vote of the active membership. A successor is elected by simple majority from among the remaining managers.

The Commissioner may appoint a Deputy who may act on the Commissioner's behalf when unavailable. The Deputy holds no independent voting rights. Commissioner Brown has appointed Mr. Zab as Deputy Commissioner of The Domination League.

When a ruling directly involves the Commissioner's own team, the Deputy Commissioner shall make the ruling instead.

Disputes must be submitted to the Commissioner in writing. The Commissioner will issue a ruling within 48 hours. Any ruling may be appealed to the full membership, where a simple majority overrides the Commissioner's decision and sends the decision to the Deputy Commissioner.

In the event of a Sleeper platform error, the Commissioner will make a reasonable effort to correct the outcome. If correction is impossible, the ruling will be based on the most equitable outcome for all parties. No retroactive scoring changes (except for ones made by Sleeper) will be made except to correct a documented platform error.

Any manager may propose an amendment by submitting it to the league chat (and Commissioner) in writing at least 3 days before the desired effective date.

Amendments are ratified by a three-fourths (3/4) majority vote of the active membership. Votes are conducted openly, no anonymous votes.

Ratified amendments take effect immediately unless the vote specifies otherwise (e.g., "effective next season"). The Commissioner will update this document and distribute the revised version to all managers.
